Liked staff and rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, the hotel itself was clean. The good onsite restaurant had variety of food.

Downside was the air conditioning, it was a bit noisy.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of Vista Alegre Bullring. Comfy beds in our queen room. Great bar and outstanding staff. We could use wake up calls and ironing at no cost too.

It was an excellent stay. We stayed at the great boutique hotel. Service was good too. The property was situated in the central location close to Guggenheim museum. Again, walking distance to a modern art museum.

Decent base for 2 nights in Bilbao, impressive hotel. All the services were top-notch. Its location was central, a few steps away from Avenida Abandoibarra. Found in a lovely area. It was a very delightful experience.

Colorful place to stay while travelling around Bilbao. Nice design, extremely friendly staff, marvelous location. And it also had exceptional view. Loved the wine bar. They had a friendly check-in too.

Shame the bathroom was too small.

everything was excellent and within 15 minutes' drive of bilbao airport. breakfast fee was 19 eur per person per day. plus, it was good to have free wi fi. we would definitely book again, this hotel met my needs.

The hotel looks excellant, no reason to complain. Property was situated right by tourist destinations like plaza moyua. It's less than a 15-minute walk from Moyua subway station. We liked our stay here.

We ate at Sua San, which is only 800 ft away, it suited our needs. Location met our needs. We liked the view from the room. Comfortable place for a weekend in Bilbao.
